Where available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer by email, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
